Hey everyone! In today’s blog, I want to take you behind the scenes of my writing journey—how the process unfolded and what it truly felt like.

One day, I just woke up and started writing. The words were flowing effortlessly, and I couldn’t put my pen down. Eventually, I switched to typing because it was easier and faster for me. That summer, I was completely immersed in my book—I would stay until 4 or 5 in the morning, only to wake up at 7 AM. It was exhausting but exhilarating.

I’ve always heard writers say that when you start a book, you almost disappear for weeks, even months. Now, with tools like Artificial Intelligence—such as ChatGPT—writing can be even more efficient. AI can help refine ideas, enhance descriptions, and even improve the flow of your work. But no matter how you approach it, once you’re deep into the story, it’s hard to pull yourself back into everyday life. Balancing writing with everything else was a real challenge, but it was absolutely worth it.

Interestingly, when I started the book, my main characters were supposed to be Sebastian and Hadassah. But as the story developed, so did they. Eventually, Sebastian became Dominic, and Hadassah transformed into Danielle. It’s amazing how characters take on lives of their own. You understand them so deeply that you just know what they would or wouldn’t do. Their emotions become real—you feel their pain, their struggles, their joys.

It was an incredible journey, and I can’t wait to share more. In the next blog, we’ll dive into the editing process and how I chose a publishing company. Stay tuned!
